The reverse of the coin depicts Nikola Tesla, with his hand resting on his face. The portrait is surrounded by his name in Latin and Cyrillic script, and the inscriptions Electrical Visionary and Powering the Future. This portrait, used throughout the series, unites the different issues into a single collection. The reverse of the coin depicts a plasma ball with electrical discharges. The composition is complemented by the inscriptions Energy Medicine and Frequency Healing 2026, as well as various concepts associated with energy and frequencies.
