The 2026 gold issue of the Germania series depicts the main heroine of the series on a new stage of her journey. After long wanderings, Germania reaches a mysterious kingdom and becomes its ruler. This plot continues the story developed by Germania Mint since 2019, which combines motifs from Germanic mythology, European history and fantasy. The main side depicts Germania as a crowned ruler. In one hand she holds a sword, symbolizing strength and readiness to defend her lands, in the other - a shield, signifying protection and independence. Next to her are two Odin's ravens, associated with wisdom, knowledge and secrets. The coin design was created by Natalia Danysz. The reverse side presents the recognizable symbol of Germania Mint - a double-headed eagle. It conveys power, sovereignty and continuity of the series. This motif is used in many Germania series issues and has become one of the most important elements of the mint's visual identity. The issue is minted from 999.9 fine gold. It contains half a Troy ounce, or about 15.55 g of pure gold. The diameter is 28 mm, the minting quality is Brilliant Uncirculated, and the indicated symbolic value is 50 marks. The official circulation of this format is only 250 pieces. The gold issue is placed in a special Lens Capsule capsule and protected by an individually designed Safepack packaging.
