The 2023 Australian Swan 1oz Gold Bullion Coin portrays a swan in a serene wetland environment. As well as the inscription THE 1oz 9999 AUSTRALIAN GOLD SWAN, the design incorporates The Perth Mint’s P mintmark and a security feature in the form of a micro-laser engraved letter only detectable with a magnifying glass.
The coin bears the official Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse, featuring the Jody Clark effigy supplemented with the dates of Her Majesty’s reign – 1952 – 2022. Also included on the obverse is the coin’s monetary denomination.
