Precious Metals Buyback

When investing in precious metals, it is important not only to know where and how to buy them, but also where to sell them. EURODATA, UAB not only trades in investment precious metals but also offers a buyback service for investment-grade precious metal products. The buyback service applies exclusively to investment gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bars and coins originally sold by EURODATA, UAB.

Precious metals are considered a highly liquid asset, the value of which depends on current global market prices. Buyback prices are determined based on the current market (SPOT) price, taking into account the type of metal, product weight, purity, condition, and other valuation criteria. Customers can monitor current buyback prices in real time on our website.

What Determines the Buyback Price?

Several key factors influence the buyback price:

Current market price of the precious metal;

Product weight and purity;

Product authenticity and manufacturer;

Physical condition of the product and preservation of its packaging.

Although the value of investment precious metals is primarily determined by metal content and market prices, in certain cases the condition of the product may also affect the final buyback offer.

How Does the Buyback Process Work?

Precious metal buybacks are carried out at EURODATA physical locations. To ensure transaction security, verify product origin, and maintain quality control, customers must provide proof of purchase for the product being sold.

During the buyback process, product authenticity and metal purity are verified using specialized equipment. After evaluation, the customer receives a specific buyback offer based on current market prices.

The buyback transaction is registered in the name of the customer presenting the product. Therefore, when the original purchase was made under a personalized invoice, the precious metals must be sold by the same individual named on the purchase documents.

For customer identification purposes, a valid identity document must be presented during the buyback process. In cases where only a cash register receipt or a generic invoice without buyer details is provided, additional information or documentation may be requested to verify the transaction.

EURODATA, UAB reserves the right to refuse the purchase of products or to offer a reduced buyback price if the products are damaged, have visible defects, damaged packaging, or do not meet quality requirements.

Payment

Payment for purchased precious metal products is made via bank transfer to the customer’s designated bank account. Funds are transferred within 5 business days from the date the buyback transaction is completed.

Information regarding completed transactions may be provided to competent authorities, including tax authorities, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
