Returning goods
When returning goods, it is necessary to comply with the procedures
provided by Eurodata.lt and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania:
1. The returned goods must be in their original packaging (this does
not apply to the return of goods of defective workmanship);
2. The goods must be intact, scratched or otherwise undamaged by the buyer;
3. The goods must be in good condition (intact labels, protective film,
etc.). This point does not apply in the case of a return of a product
that is not of good workmanship;
4. The returned goods must be in the same condition as the one received by the buyer;
5. When returning the product, the document of purchase, the guarantee
voucher and the certificate of authenticity (if any), as well as the
completed return document, which will be issued by the Eurodata.lt
administration, if necessary, must be provided.
6. Investment products of GOLD/SILVER/SILVER/PLATINUM/PALADIS (bars,
coins) are non-returnable goods according to the laws of the Republic of
Lithuania and the European Union, once the order has been placed and
the price has been fixed, if you wish to cancel the order, we can only
take it back according to the stated purchase prices of the products (No
738 of 22.07.2014, published in TAR on 28.07.2014, i.e. 2014-10565).
The costs of returning the goods (shipping and other costs, if any) shall be borne by the customer.
Eurodata.lt undertakes to refund the customer within 14 working days
after our responsible specialist has inspected the goods and assessed
and determined that the goods are not damaged or otherwise damaged by
the customer.
Warranties
Our products are covered by the warranties provided by Eurodata.lt, the
manufacturers and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Warranty means
free repair or replacement of the product with a new product of the same
characteristics.
In the event of product failure, the warranty does not apply in the following cases:
1. due to improper operation, storage or maintenance conditions (cleaning, washing, scratching, etc.);
2. if the product has been attempted to be disassembled, has been smashed or otherwise damaged by the buyer;
3. for electronic devices, where the fault is caused by disruption of
the electrical network, voltage fluctuations, overloads, etc;
4. if foreign particles (liquids, dust, gravel, sand, etc.) have entered the interior of the product under warranty;
5. Force majeure, where the failure is caused by an unavoidable
circumstance such as a natural disaster (lightning, flood, earthquake,
fire, etc.);
6. when the product under warranty has not been used for its intended purpose.
*The warranty starts from the date of purchase.
