Rules

To ensure the protection of you and your rights, we ask you to carefully read and familiarize yourself with the Terms and Conditions of Purchase, Sale and Purchase (the "Terms").


1.     General Provisions:

1.1 This document constitutes a contract of sale and purchase (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract") between Eurodata UAB (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the Buyer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), which establishes the general mutual rights, obligations and responsibilities for the purchase of goods in the online shop https://www.eurodata.ltt (hereinafter referred to as the "Shop").

1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement the Terms and Conditions at any time, taking into account the statutory requirements. In the event that the Rules are amended in accordance with the requirements of mandatory legislation, the amended provisions of the Rules shall apply to the parties from the moment the provisions of the mandatory legislation come into force. In the event that the Rules are amended in accordance with the requirements of dispositive legislation, the Client shall be subject to the version of the Rules in force prior to the amendment.


2.     Protection of personal data:

2.1 The Customer consents to Eurodata UAB processing the data provided in this form for the purposes of contacting the Customer and registering an order.

2.2 Any information relating to personal data that is registered in the Shop (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information provided in the e-shop registration form) is collected in order to:

    Process orders for goods or services placed by the customer.
    To fulfill other contractual obligations.
    Resolve problems with the delivery or supply of goods.


3.     The point at which the contract is concluded:

3.1. When the customer forms a shopping cart in https://www.eurodata.lt, clearly indicates his/her name, method of delivery or pickup, delivery address, method of payment, after having read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy, he/she clicks on the button "SUBMIT ORDER"


4.     Buyer's rights:

4.1 The Buyer shall have the right to purchase goods in the Shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the Shop.

4.2 The Buyer, if he is a consumer (concluding a contract for purposes unrelated to his business, trade, craft or profession (consumer purposes)), shall have the right to withdraw from the Contract concluded with the Shop by notifying the Seller by filling in a return form no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the item, except where the contract is concluded due to:

    Purchase of precious stones, precious metals and articles thereof.
    Other cases provided for by law.

4.3 The Buyer's right provided for in Clause 4.2 of the Rules shall be exercised in accordance with the provisions of the applicable legislation.

4.4 The Buyer may exercise the right provided for in Clause 4.2 of the Regulations only if the goods have not been damaged or substantially altered in appearance, have been preserved in their complete state, including packaging, and have not been used.


5.     Obligations of the Buyer:

5.1 The Buyer shall pay for and accept the Goods in accordance with these Conditions.

5.2.The Buyer undertakes to observe and not to violate the established norms of conduct and morality, not to violate the rights and legitimate interests of third parties and not to violate the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania when using the Shop.

5.3 The Buyer must provide full, complete and correct information about himself in the order and registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the order-registration form, the Seller shall have the right to cancel the Buyer's registration and delete the data, or to limit the Buyer's ability to use the online shop.

5.4 When ordering goods, the Buyer undertakes to specify the place of delivery or collection.

5.5 The Buyer undertakes to collect the goods himself or, at the time of ordering on https://www.eurodata.lt, to indicate in the "Notes" another person who will collect the goods. The goods will not be handed over to any other person not indicated in this place.


6.     Seller's rights:

6.1 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the stability and security of https://www.eurodata.lt or breaches its obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the online shop or, in exceptional cases, cancel the Buyer's registration, immediately and without notice.

6.2 The Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of any https://www.eurodata.lt e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer. The Buyer's rights under the transactions entered into prior to such termination or suspension shall not be affected or limited in any way.

6.3 The Seller shall have the right to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice to the Buyer if the Buyer, having chosen the method of payment provided for in Clause 8.3.1 of the Terms and Conditions, fails to pay for the Goods within one (1) hour of a banking day.

6.4 The Seller has the right to terminate the order in case of unforeseen situations:

    due to technical problems that disrupt the operation of the Shop, information about the goods and their prices.
    the unavailability of the ordered goods in stock.
    Major changes in the world market, which have led to significant changes in the price of gold and silver.

6.5 The Seller shall inform the Buyer of the cancellation of the order within 1 (one) business day. If the Buyer has already paid for the order, the payment shall be refunded to the Buyer's account within 1 (one) Business Day from the date of the Refund Request.

6.6 In the event of any uncertainty regarding the information provided in the order, the Seller shall contact the Buyer by telephone on the telephone number specified in the order at the latest on the next working day following the day on which the order was placed. The Seller shall be entitled to cancel the Buyer's order without prior notice if the Seller is unable to contact the Buyer within 3 (three) working days.



7.     Seller's obligations:

7.1 The Seller undertakes to enable the Buyer to use the services provided by https://www.eurodata.lt under the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions and in the Shop.

7.2 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer's right to privacy with respect to the personal information belonging to the Buyer, as indicated in the registration form of the Shop, except for the cases stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and the "Privacy Regulations".

7.3 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in Clause 9 of the Terms and Conditions.

7.4 If the Seller, due to important circumstances, is unable to deliver the goods ordered to the Buyer, the Seller undertakes to offer an analogous or, as far as possible, similar product. If the Buyer refuses to accept an analogous or most similar product, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, if payment has already been made.



8.     Prices, payment procedure and terms:

8.1 The prices of the Goods in the order placed with https://www.eurodata.lt shall be quoted in euros including VAT, except where the Goods are exempt from VAT.

8.2 The Seller shall only proceed with the execution of the order after the Buyer has paid for the goods. Payment shall be deemed to have been made when the total amount due has been received and credited to the Seller's bank account.

8.3 The Buyer shall pay for the Goods in one of the following ways:

8.3.1. payment through the bank's electronic banking system. In this case, the responsibility for the security of the data rests with the respective bank, as all monetary transactions take place in the bank's electronic banking system. In order to use this form of payment, the buyer must have signed an e-banking agreement with the bank.

8.3.2 Cash payment - the Buyer shall pay for the Goods at the time of collection, within 2 days of the order. Failure to pay within the specified period shall result in cancellation of the order.

8.3.3. When paying by the method of payment provided for in clause 8.3.1, the Buyer shall pay for the Goods within 1 (one) hour of the bank working day from the moment of conclusion of the contract of sale of the Goods OR RECEIPT OF THE INVOICE. In this case, subject to the Seller's right provided for in Clause 6.4 of the Regulations, only upon receipt of payment for the goods shall the consignment of goods begin to be formed and the agreed time limit for the delivery of the goods begin to run.


9.     Delivery:

9.1 The Seller shall use the services of Omniva to deliver the Goods.

9.2 Delivery prices and terms are set out on the Site.

9.3 These terms do not apply in cases where the Seller's warehouse does not have the goods required and the Buyer is informed of a shortage of the goods ordered. The Buyer also agrees that in exceptional circumstances the delivery of the Goods may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the Seller's control. In such a case, the Seller undertakes to contact the Buyer immediately to agree on the delivery of the goods.

9.4 In all cases, the Seller shall be exempt from liability for breach of delivery deadlines if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the Buyer's fault or due to circumstances beyond the Buyer's control, such as:

9.4.1. the Buyer provides an incorrect address or other information required for delivery of the goods(s).

9.4.2. the Buyer is not present at the place of Delivery at the time agreed with the courier.

9.4.3. other similar reasons attributable to the fault of the Buyer, in accordance with the principle of reasonableness.



10.   Liability:

10.1 The Buyer shall be fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the order - registration form. If the Buyer fails to provide accurate data in the order/registration form, the Seller shall not be liable for any consequences arising therefrom.

10.2 The Buyer shall be responsible for all actions performed using the https://www.eurodata.ltt e-shop.

10.3 The Buyer is responsible for the transmission of his/her login data to third parties. If a third party uses the services provided by https://www.eurodata.lt by logging in to the online shop using the Buyer's login data, the Seller shall consider this person as the Buyer.

10.4 The Seller shall be exempt from any liability in cases where the loss is caused by the Buyer's failure to read these Terms and Conditions, notwithstanding the Seller's recommendations and obligations, even though the Buyer was given the opportunity to do so.

10.5 If the https://www.eurodata.lt e-shop contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organisations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities contained therein and does not supervise, control or represent such companies and persons.

10.6 In the event of damage, the party at fault shall indemnify the other party against direct damages.

10.7 The Seller shall be exempted from any liability in cases where the distance is caused by the loss (disappearance) of the goods by a third party (Omniva or another courier company).


11.   Exchange of information:

11.1 The Seller shall send all communications to the email address provided by the Buyer in the registration form.

12.   Final provisions:

12.1 These Rules are drawn up in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
